Solution
To meet the strict monorepo constraints, we engineered a custom architecture that bypassed the need for a traditional Headless CMS. By logically separating the frontend UI from the content within the same repository, we gave the marketing team modular flexibility while keeping developers in their native PR workflow.
Leveraging our AI-native processes, we later migrated the entire platform to Astro, drastically boosting speed and halving the estimated delivery time without disrupting the active codebase.
